1. Purpose

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of the PrisCopilot mobile application can request deletion of their personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. User-Initiated Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data by:

  • In-App: Use the “Delete My Data” feature in the app settings
  • Email: Send a request to info@apricotapex.com with the subject PRIVACY-DELETE-DATA from your registered email address

We will verify your identity before processing your request.

3. Scope of Data Deleted

Upon request, we will delete:

  • All personally identifiable information (PII), including name and email
  • Location history and app usage data
  • Device identifiers linked to your profile
  • Any data stored with third-party services used exclusively for your account

4. Timeframe

In accordance with GDPR requirements, we will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

5. Exceptions

We may retain certain data if:

  • Required by law (e.g., for tax or fraud prevention purposes)
  • Necessary for dispute resolution or enforcing agreements

Such data will be retained only for the legally required period and then deleted securely.

6. Confirmation

You will receive confirmation via email once your data has been permanently deleted.
